Productivity increase in Bulgaria is a major issue for a number of small and medium sized companies. Indeed after the mass privatisation of the 90th, most of these companies have had to dramatically decrease their workforce in order to survive. This dramatic decrease in the human resources was related to the disappearance of a large part of the market these companies were serving. Indeed the collapse of the Eastern block meant that they had to start competing against western companies that had gone through a number of restructuring phases since the 70th.
The goal of this blog should be to provide some support for the transition period, so that the bulgarian companies can develop successfully.
